Welcome to Androidcentral! Check the messaging app settings for any file limitations that might be set, or possibly even receipt of MMS messages. If everything looks to be fine and you are still not receiving MMS then download a third-party messaging app from the Play Store, such as Handcent SMS. See if you can then receive the MMS message with the third-party app.Does anyone know what the solution is to be able to send and receive picture messages?
Everything is ok in my message settings and I have tried a third party app but my phone will still not let me receive or send picture messages. I sent my friend a picture of something almost a week ago and it is still not sending. Please let me know what I can do to fix this!
Thanks,

I have been looking at forums all morning for my boss and this worked for her... thanks... also... it helped that she walked outside of our fully cinderblocked office were her mobile data could work (^_^)Turning off Power Save mode worked for my Galaxy 3! Thanks!!
Apparently you can only see the message center number in the app itself. For the details you need to go to to the phone's generic settings and into "More settings" (under "wireless and network")how do you check your mms settings on the samsung messanging cente4r?
thanks
And obviously the carrier does, which is why they have the phone made that way.Can you tell me why this is and how can I change it ? ... I don't want to use up my data allowance obviously !
