this is getting annoying

When im trying to download a video on my Samsung galaxy s4 on the internet, it keeps redirecting me to the playstore to install the app "downloader and private browser".

how come when im trying to download a video it doesnt go directly to the automatically installed "download" widget ??

Does this happen when you try to download videos on any site, or only on one particular site? If the latter, it's probably the site trying to push its own product on you (with a big potential for malware). If the former, then I wonder if you might have some malware already on your device.

where can i go to try to test it out if its doing it on every site??

i cant really think of any other site where i can try to download a clip / video

I tried on dailymotion but it didnt redirect me to the playstore to download the app like the first site did.
so im guessing its the site making me do it. but, this is a first. it never done this to me on my other phones (i use the site frequently)
