Accidently reset SD Card onb LG spirit. Help!

Is there a way to restore SD Card after a factory reset on an LG - Spirit?

You can connect your sdcard to a pc, and download a program called "recuva" from piriform. It will produce a list of deleted files once you scan it. But unfortunately there's really nothing else you can do. If you chose to format it, then recuva probably won't find anything. It's free too.
