Hi
Apologies if this has been asked or is in wrong section
I am hoping somebody could help.

I have a Galaxy Note 2 (GT-N7105) rooted on CM 10.1 on 4.2.2. Prior to this I was on stock 4.1.1.

How would I go about unrooting and going back to stock 4.1.1. Is this even possible?

Also if/when back on official firmware, would I be able to then update to 4.1.2 via the samsung update feature?

Thanks for any help in advance!

Yes this is possible.

Since Samsung uses Odin as its means of rooting and installing custom recovery to the device in most cases you would need to locate the stock " TAR " file to restore back to factory stock. Note this will reset/erase everything on the device but it will get you back to where you want to be.

Once there, yes you will be able to receive and install any updates that are waiting provided from Samsung or carrier.
