Galaxy Nexus 4.3 can't install the updated Emoji keyboard

I just received the 4.3 update 2 nights ago and noticed no new Emoji's I can use (I noticed on other threads if you hold the spacebar down that is when you get the Emoji's).

I searched and figured out you need to go to:
- Settings
- Language / Input
- Google Keyboard
- Add-On Dictionary
- Then install - Emoji for English Words.

I did that and no dice. I then rebooted the phone and nothing. I also tried uninstalling and reinstalling the keyboard, no dice again.

Any other suggestions? This is a fully stock Galaxy Nexus.

I installed the emoji keyboard a while ago on 4.2. I did that by installing the keyboard iWnn IME "emoji" the way you described. I use it by pressing space and then selecting "Emoji".

I don't know if there are any new emojis but the keyboard layout is changed. I have just had a quick look on it, installed 4.3 10 minutes ago.
