I'm pretty sure GPS has been turned off the entire time. I've been running the latest stable version for about a week.

I changed my CPU governor to conservative and moved the MIN CPU to 810 mhz while the MAX CPU is set at 1512 mhz. I don't know too much about it but I read some stuff on XDA to get somewhat of an understanding. It certainly has helped but for some reason I feel like I should attempt another flash and get a fresh start.
I looked at various guides before attempting all this and I followed the correct steps, but the other day someone said that you should wait at least 15 minutes once your phone reboots after flashing to allow everything to settle. I did not do that and instead immediately started downloading apps and setting up my phone. If anything I feel that may have been a mistake. I've backed up all my apps to Titanium Backup and I think I understand how that works. I've also made a backup of my ROM using ROM Manager and home screens using Nova. So at this point I'm not sure what my best option is.
