why cant I execute command remotely using ssh

Hi All
I am new user in the area of Android, but have Linux knoweldge
I am trying to configure my android device LG Nexus 4 to act as Document Camera

For this purpose, I have to scp the files and then remove the files remotely
I have installed SSH server and my scp works, but my remote execution of commands using ssh not working, it throws error

with -v ssh gives the following messages
"Authenticated to 192.168.21.233 ([192.168.21.233]:57388).

debug1: Sending env LANG = en_US.UTF-8

"
when I goggled it says that editing ssh_config file and uncomment: 'AddressFamily all' and changing it to 'AddressFamily inet' will work
I checked in the android devices /etc directory, I did not find the ssh_config
Looking forward for guidance and advice

would like to give feedback, made it work
it was the issue of SSH Server which I had installed,(https://forums.androidcentral.com/e...om.icecoldapps.sshserver&hl=en&token=2BzJRAv3)
I removed it and tired out with SSHDroid (https://forums.androidcentral.com/e...roid.apps.sshdroid&hl=en%29and&token=uTkiYz3o it is working now
