stop or update rooted Verizon SCH-I545 w/ 4.2.2

Hi everyone,

I have a verizon SCH-I545 running 4.2.2 and the software update notification keeps popping up... how do I disable this thing from popping up?
Now, I've actually never updated this since day 1 when I got the phone. I think the 4.2.2 update is on the phone but not actually installed....not sure though.

How do I either 1)stop this notification or 2)update this thing 3) root again if need be
I'm pretty sick of waking up every morning and deferring the install till next day.

Phone info:

Rooted via the Motochopper method

• Baseband I545VRUAMDK
• Kernel: 3.4.0-562219
• Build: JDQ39.I545VRUAMDK
• Hardware version: I545.06

I have ES File Explorer, SuperSU, and Titanium Backup loaded on the phone if that helps.

You could make a backup, re-flash stock, restore app backup, and re-root.

I'm not on Stock anymore, but look in Settings-Application Manager-All, and see if the Device Management or Device Update app shows up. If so, try disabling it.

Negative. Do not have that. Scrolled through all of them to see if anything is remotely close. Nothing.

I just reflashed stock and I have the AT&T Update App, and I can Force Close it, but I can't disable it. Sorry, that's all I can think of.
