Default [HELP] Backup won't boot up

I must have done something stupid; I booted up my stock Touchwiz recovery to update it, everything went well so far. After I was done with Touchwiz, I then backed it up with ROM Manager and everything went smoothly with the backup. Afterwards I wanted to get back to my CyanogenMod ROM, I rebooted to recovery, went to backup and restore then clicked the backup which I named CyanogenMod. All seemed well, it was doing its thing with all the numbers and symbols with the Android robot and then it stoped and at the bottom, while still in recovery mode, it read MD5 mismatch. Not sure what to do now, just running laggy TouchWiz until I fix the problem. -_-

Glad it's fixed, but what did you do? Someone else may need to know.

    STEP 1: Open Terminal Emulator

Step 2: Use the following commands. (DON'T FORGET TO REPLACE "CyanogenMod" WITH YOUR OWN BACKUP FOLDER NAME)

    su
    # mount -o remount rw /sdcard
    #cd /sdcard/clockworkmod/backup/CyanogenMod
    #rm nandroid.md5
    #md5sum *img > nandroid.md5

STEP 3: (This will create a new "nandroid.md5" file without ANY "md5 mismatch" errors.)
Reboot your phone and enter Recovery,
    Restore.
