Good CD Ripper & Best Format for Mobile Devices?
It's been a couple of years since I've ripped many CD's, I guess mainly because most of what I like to listen to is available either OTA or streaming. However, I do have quite a few CD's I'd like to start ripping to carry with me on my Phone. I started with Media Player, and ripped in a lossless (WMA) format, but I think I've decided that's taking up to much room on my phone, so I've started looking for a good ripper that is good at tagging and grabbing album art, and also allows (hopefully) batch editing of the tags. I can't even remember what I used several years ago, so as I'm beginning my search and evaluation of rippers, I thought I should turn to the Android community base to see what you're all using.
I liked what I saw in dBpoweramp, but didn't like the $$. I've also seen reference to Exact Audio Copy, and Foobar 2000, so I'm looking for favorites other than those rippers.
Then I'll start looking at players, and here's a thread I found with some great info!
