Default Tell your phone you touched the screen without actually touching it

Okay so I have the Galaxy S3, and it's great. One thing that bothers me though is reaching the top-left area of the screen when I'm using it with just my right hand. For apps like Spotify, this is annoying because it's hard to open the drawer. I use Pie Controls to navigate which helps me with my one-handed controls. I was wondering if there was a way to tell the phone I was touching the top-left corner by using a command in Pie. Does anyone know of any apps or anything that might do this?
