Htc Evo 3D stock rom help!

Hey guys I'm new to this and am looking for some help, I currently have an HTc Evo 3D and am looking to go back to original stock rom, it currently has a synergy rom I believe, It might be infected because randomly the synergy rom logo comes out and just freezes my phone. on Hboot Says,
-Revolutionary-
SHOOTER XC SHIP S-OFF RL
HBOOT- 1.40.1100
RADIO- 0.97.10.0530
eMMC-boot
Like I said, I am stuck and need some help, and if anyone also can help me on deleting the data on my phone, like my number etc..
please any help is much appreciated.

You can try to reboot into recovery and wipe cache. That should help the freezing.

Why do you want to delete your phone number?
