Regarding an Android Product & Issues

Hello Android Community I have a quick question can anyone help me identifying a product that i recently purchase i am having issues with this product it is stuck on the green android boot screen logo any help will be gladly appreciated . The model that i have is a M-17 but what brand that is what I'm trying to find out as well

Can you power off the device (hold power button) the hold volume up+power button. That should take you to the recovery where you can clear cache/factory reset, if one is installed. Let us know how that goes.

It will not boot into recovery mode it keeps going to the green screen is there any other way?

From what I see it's sold by Alibaba, which means it's Chinese, the cheap kind. The manufacturer may be Shenzhen Share Technology Co., Ltd.

I've tried resetting but I think that option is not available is there another way?
