Person on the other end don't hear me? Please Help?!

Hi guys,

I really need your help. I am sad because of this problem. I use Samsung Galaxy S4. When I call or someone calls me I hear them but they don't hear me. Any solutions? Thanks.

Call your carrier.

I had the same problem when I had the Motorola Photon so I called Sprint and they fixed it on their end.

problem is that I bougt it from another country and its warranty isn't working here.

Is it hardware issue? Calls work normal with speaker and headphones.

Not sure if it's hardware related. All I had to do was call Sprint and they fixed it for me on their end.
