What I have:
Samsung S4 phone
Samsung Note 2014
I can USB tether my s4 phone (using 4G) to any laptop and the internet connection is shared and works great. But I can not do the same from my s4 (using 4G) to my Note tablet 2014. I am using the same USB cable.
Why is this? Is it because of Windows Drivers the laptop works and the tablet doesn't?
