Default Cannot receive text message on Android

Ok, I need a little help here.....

    I'm on Sprint.
I can't receive text messages from my bank on my Sprint HTC Hero and Epic 4G
I CAN receive text messages from my bank just fine on my Blackberry Tour 9630

I CAN send/receive text messages to/from/between any of my 3 phones.

Text messages from my bank just plainly disappear/not received on either of my Android devices but are received ok on my Blackberry just fine.

What do you think the problem is?
Is there a MMS setting that is not set somewhere???
Do you think it'd the bank?? or
Do you think its in Android???

    Any help is appreciated.

    Thanks!!

There's something up with your carrier. On CDMA phones you don't define any of the mms/sms settings like you do on gsm phones.

Google didn't license "Droid" from Lucasarts, which makes the Moto Droid better than Nexus One.......

    Thanks for your input.

I called Sprint Tech Support today. Low and behold, both my Android devices were not configured (at Sprint) to receive Short Message Service (SMS). They made a change to the options and viola!! I can now receive text messages from my bank.

I logged on to my bank using Wifi on my Epic 4G. I requested my activation code be re-sent to my Android devices. The bank's text messages were received OK.

I entered my activation code on the webpage. The activation code was verified. I now have mobile banking on my Android devices.

    I'm a happy camper
