Few days ago, I rooted my phone without backing up the EFS thingy.
And now when I tried to call someone, it says "Not registered on Network", at first I thought it was my carrier problem.
But after checking with the Samsung Service Center technicians, they told me that my IMEI number is corrupted and my motherboard is spoiled as well, it charges me around RM700/USD200 to fix it.
Is there anything else left I could do to get my IMEI number back to normal ?!
Things I have tried
-Wipe data/Factory reset
-Flash stock firmware
-Change new sim cards
By the way, I cant get to the Engineer mode in my phone or the Unclemobiles tools from how to fix INVALID IMEI on samsung galaxy note 2 mushroom edition - YouTube
