How can I disable safe mode?

My phone died this morning on the way to work. When I charged the battery a bit and turned it back on, it was in safe mode. I've restarted the phone multiple times and it's still in safe mode. I have also shut it down completely and then restarted it, but to no avail. AND I have removed the battery and still, nothing.

Help! How can I disable safe mode?

Welcome to Android Central! It'd help if you let us know what kind of phone you have.

Can you tell I haven't had my coffee yet today?

Is there any other way to access that information? That page just loads and loads but my screen just remains blank.

How long have you had the phone charging? I wouldn't try anything until it's had at least 15 hours of uninterrupted charge. 24 hours would be even better.

Possibly a bad battery. Others have posted about problems like this on the S4. If your phone isn't brand new, and you don't have insurance, then consider contacting Samsung for warranty work.

As I said, try a 24 hour charge - whether it looks as if it's charging or not. If that brings it back, back up everything fast.
