2 questions about sound settings

Help...

1st question... I have my phone ringer all the way up and i can still barely hear the ringer. Is there a way of boosting the sound?

2nd question... When using my bluetooth, the call ringer only works in the earpiece, not on the phone itself. I dont alway have my earpiece in my ear, is there a way of having the ringer on the earpiece and phone at the same time?

At least for the HTC incredible it rings in both the blue tooth and the phone. The only suggestion I could provide is checking the blue tooth settings.

What I want is when connected to a Bluetooth headsets is for nothing to come out of the device itself. Now everything comes out of the headset and the device.
