web2go on mytouch slide

just a quick question and that is if i purchase a mytouch slide for full price will the tmobile web2go internet work if i change the apn..it does on my nexus 1...just not sure if this works on all phones or not if you pay full price or will they block you for not having the android plan

T-Mobile will force you to add a full data plan if you buy the MyTouch Slide, they will remove the web2go feature. It won't matter if you change the APN, and it also won't matter if you paid full price. The web2go plan is for feature phones / dumbphones that don't have crazy app / internet capabilities like BlackBerries and Android phones.
