I know that the my external storage is formatted correctly and that some of the apps are able to be moved to the card. But the move to SD card option is not visible.

Any Help is appreciated, thanks.

Not all apps allow moving to SD card. It's got to be allowed at the app level, and if it is not, then you can't. Moving to the SD card could break functionality or prevent the app from performing at its fullest potential, which is why a developer would not enable the option.

Welcome to Android Central! Agree with srkmagnus. If you root the phone, you might be able to move more apps to the SD, but you'd need to know what you're doing, since bad things can happen with rooting as well.

Are you running put of space? Is that why you need to move the data?

I have rooted my phone, and Normally I wouldn't think anything of it, but with I know that I am allowed am allowed to move the app. I am editing the original post to reflect that the app is able to be transferred to the SD card.
