Question Where to buy unlocked phone? GSMNation Ok?

Has anyone bought a phone from GSM Nation or similar E-tailer in the past? Please let me know if you had a good or bad experience as I am considering purchasing from them but I am nervous because it is a lot of money to spend. Thanks.

I buy new ones from Expansys-USA for imported unlocked hpones, Negri Electronics is another alternative. For used ones I use Swappa.

I normally don't use Amazon or NewEgg for new phones, they don't have good prices, tablets are okay though.

You can also purchase unlocked phone from Newegg, may be a more reliable site.

Expansys is a very big website, they have good services. I bought from them three times, Samsung Galaxy Nexus, Note and S3, no problem. They did let me exchange a Nexus that had dirt under the screen. I haven't used Nergi Electronics, but they're big also.

Swappa is a website I use constantly to buy and sell used phones, they are like eBay except with better quality control, its the place to go for used Android phones.

I sent my phone to GSM for repair (via courier) which was they received by GSM on 3/7/15. After which I've contacted them numerous times to see if they had got it and ask them when I could expect it back. Each time it took a while for them to reply but they finally admitted they couldn't find in on 28/7/15.

Since then I have provided POD as proof that it has been delivered to the correct address along with the signature of the person who accepted the good at their end but they have just ignored me which only leads we to believe that they have actual LOST my PHONE and don't wont to do anything about it. I have sent numerous emails but they have not responded to any of them since 31/7/15. I have also tried to call them but its always an answer machine. I left messages for them to call me back but they never ever called me back either!

I am really upset and totally disappointed with the way they have treated me. I can honestly say I have never been treated so POORLY as a customer. I have been without my phone for nearly two months now and I am out of pocket £400 and they don't seem one bit bothered which is totally unacceptable. I have took advice and it looks like the only way I will be able to get my money back is by taking them to a SMALL CLAIMS COURT so BEWARE before dealing with this company!
