When i check my monthly mobile data, i see that 700 mb of it is used by removed apps. i checked online and many people said that it was apps that used data that i deleted, but this month i only deleted a few apps that i am sure did not use that much data. can i know what is it

well if you have deleted it I am afraid you will never going to know which application has used the data !!

What you read online is correct--that item shows the combined data usage of all apps that have since been uninstalled, starting from the beginning of the data cycle that you can adjust in Settings>Data Usage. You'd be surprised at how much data certain apps may use if they sync frequently with the cloud.
