Best way is to get it from official source.

Install it from here: https://forums.androidcentral.com/e...d=com.google.android.gms&hl=en&token=QI5TDrml

Then use ES File Explorer or some other app to back up the apk.

Thanks very much guys. I couldn't dl from the play store because GPS is technically up to date for my device. So I had to dl from Android Police (I thought you had to pay for some reason). Hopefully I won't get as much battery drain with the location services.
