I have it connected via ActiveSync (to Polarismail). No matter what I have "Days to Sync" set to, it won't display all the emails in a folder. In some cases it won't sync on refresh any emails at all in a folder. Doesn't matter which folder. These things occur when the emails in question are clearly within the "Days to Sync" window. Indeed, in odd cases (I'm not sure why) settings Days to Sync to "All" causes fewer emails to be synced to a mailbox (they just disappear). I get no error notifications.
An IMAP client, naturally, shows all the emails.
Any ideas as to what could be wrong? Is the Android email client simply broken?
