T-Mobile and Tethering question
Hey guys, I was just looking at T-mobile's $70 a month unlimited data, call, and text plan and was wondering about a few things. Do they allow the download of third party tethering apps like Clockword mod tether or Foxfi? If I start using this will T-mobile catch on and put a limit on me or throttle my speed?

Re: T-Mobile and Tethering question
They'll allow you to download anything. Whether they'll allow you to download through the phone's data connection to a device not the phone is another matter. What will they do? I don't think there's a written policy, leaving them open to charge you for the data you downloaded, blocking it so tethering won't work, canceling your account, throttling you to dial-up speeds (or less) - whatever they decide to do.
Verizon makes it easier - tether all you want, it just doesn't work.
