Galaxy S4 Screen problems

Hi! I just received a galaxy S4 and I'm having some problems with the screen. It's hard to describe so I made a video:

It's like the screen is shaking around. Also you can see the top of the screen appearing at the bottom sometimes, like going over the top and reappearing at the bottom.

THIS ONLY HAPPENS SOMETIMES after I turn off and on the screen (locking the device). Sometimes it does function correctly....

Anyone have any ideas? Looks like a software problem, right? (I'm thinking it's a software issue due to the fact that it sometimes works)

if you have insurance or a warranty, I believe you can send it in for a replacement

I wish I could, a friend brought it for me from the US (purchased from Amazon) but I'm in Argentina.

I just updated to android 4.4.2 and the problem is still there Someone help me, please?

I'd guess (and that's all I can do without having the phone) that it's a problem with the video circuitry on the motherboard. Send the phone back to the friend to have him send it back for warranty replacement.
