    Default HTC Sense Facebook Permission

Just got the new HTC One (migrating from a galaxy nexus). When I try to link facebook with sense it asks me "facebook for HTC Sense would like to post to your friends on your behalf". This sounds like its asking to post things on my friends walls without me even typing anything? Or is this just a general permission and my phone will not be posting random things on my fb?

    Thank you for any help.

Had the same trouble today on the M8.

Go into settings then apps. You will find two facebooks. Open up Facebook for sense, force stop and disable.
This should stop the silly notifications for now although I'm not sure what the benefits of the additional app are?
That's probably what four years of Samsung will do.....

    Good luck

You need to go into your FB web account and go into privacy settings > Apps (left hand side). You will see that you have a list of 'Apps you use' and HTC Sense will be listed. Click on the x and it will be removed.
