Galaxy S4 Mini: Problem - Help please

Hi my phone has just started doing weird things. The date has gone back to January, the time is way out and when i send a message it disappears, when i receive a message they too disappear so I cant read them I have re-started turned on and off taken the battery out nothing seems to help.

My wifes s3 has a time issue. It shows 2 hours backwards, but then adjust to the right time. I am tempted to factory reset it for her and see.

Go to Settings, time then see that the device is set to adjust manually or be based on network. Adjust Accordingly and see if that fixes the problem. Otherwise, consider a reboot.
