webmail malfunction

Can't get webmail to work. Can log in fine. Emails are coming in fine. Can't open any of them. Help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Some details would really help. By "webmail" do you mean you're using your device's browser to access the webmail account (need to verify as people frequently misuse terms)? Who is the account with? What type of account is it?
