My Google Play Store won't connect!

Recently, I changed the time zone on my phone to Moscow. I did change it back, but every time I try to access the Google Play Store, it says "No Connection". I have a Droid Razr HD. I have tried clearing the cache already. It has been like this for about a week now. Help?

Try maybe clearing data on the play app as well. If not, you could try a factory reset. Just make sure to backup everything. If you have questions, don't be afraid to ask!

Welcome to Android Central! Is your phone set to Automatic Time Zone and Automatic Date & Time? Or do you only have an option for manual?

My phone has the "Automatic" settings, and at the moment, they are checked.
