I have Verizon Cloud, and after two-plus hours of looking through it both on my phone and on my computer, I cannot find a single thing that allows me to transfer things back to the phone, or to a new phone!
How the ^$&%@*#* is someone supposed to transfer ringtones, photos, and miscellany to their new phone? Either I am completely stupid, or there's no easy way to do it.
Can someone please help me transfer my files back to my phone?
