Default Go to the top by tapping on the task bar? (like in iOS)

    Hi,

Is there a way to go to the top of a page in Chrome, by using a single tap? In iOS Safari this can be done by tapping on the top bar. The page will go to the top immediately. With Chrome I have to manually scroll up to the top of a page.
Actually the question is not only about Chrome, it's about Android in general. How can I have this functionality in the Mail.app for example?
I have only seen that in the Blinkfeed of the HTC One M8 only.

There's OneQuick Scroll, but it requires root.
