Remove the at&t update for samsung captivate?

I downloaded the new update for my samsung captivate last week and would like to remove it and set the phone back to the original 2.1 , does anyone know how to do this? My provider is at&t. Thanks

The update is called "update1". It is listed under the firmware version, thanks
