PC Game Streaming to Android Set-Top Box?

Hello All,

So I have my PC in my bedroom, and I use it mainly for my 3D work and game development. But I also use it play games, too. Unfortunately, my room is too small to really have friends over to play with me, but we have a huge basement room that nobody ever uses, so I want to be able to play my games down there, but I also need my computer in my bedroom so I can focus on my work when I need to.

I'm running a custom build using a ln AMD R9 290, and Splashtop had recently been optimized for AMD cards for really low-latency. I tried it out in my phone (T-Mobile HTC One M7 Sense 6 Kitkat 4.4.2) and I saw a low but still noticeable amount of input lag, but it might also be because my computer uses a 5 year old USB wireless adapter, so I'm hoping it's just from that.

But disregarding input lag for a moment, what kind of specs would I want to be able to stream to an android device at 50-60fps @ 1080p? And any product suggestions would be very much appreciated.
