Does anybody know how to capture a video clip on Android phone? What Android apps can capture clips?

I'd like to make a video that shows I am working with the desktop, icons, widgets etc.

So it takes a video of you screen?
Would be cool, i haven't heard of anything like that but you could just take screen shots and make a slide show/ powerpoint then to convert to video add voice over

I can't use slides, I need to show some actions on the screen. Meanwhile I found out there was an app that basically controled Android device remotely:

androidscreencast - Project Hosting on Google Code

The only problem is it can do very low fps, which makes it next to impossible to make a good movie.

Anybody knows a better desktop app to control an Android device from a PC (high fps)?

have you tried Fraps? I know it takes vids from your pc - no idea if it can do it for another device but figured I'd throw it out there for you to evaluate.
