Work Email thru Gmail Help

Good Morning, All,

I have my work email running through Gmail. However, I don't see a way to compose or reply to an email on the MyTouch 3G Slide with anything but my gmail address. I need to be able to compose/send email in the GMail app with my work address.

I can do this via GMail on my desktop web browser.

Any ideas?

So gmail is checking your work email? Is there a reason why you didn't add your work email directly to a suitable mail app?

Through our work tech support department, I was able to figure this out. I couldn't get the work email to send email on my phone. Only option was through GMail desktop. Turns out our work SMTP server uses an odd port, so that is why it wouldn't work on my phone. Changed that setting and all is well.
