Default Transferring data between sd cards

So I spent some much time thinking if I should buy an ultra sd card that I didn't think of how I will transfer data from my current sd card to new sd card. So I have a 16gb sd card that came with previous phone and a new 32gb on the way. I have many things on the sd card from pictures and music to apps and data. So any suggestions?

Easiest thing to do would probably be to unmount your current card (in Settings>Storage), remove it, then insert it into your computer using a fullsize SD adapter. Then copy the entire contents to a folder in your computer. Remove the SD from your computer, and then insert the new SD card, and transfer all of the data to the new card.
