Default Titanium Pro didn't backup everything - alternative?

I ran the script to backup everything on my rooted S5 and when I came to restore age a fresh ROM flash, only around 50% of the apps/app data backup up.

    I was not impressed.

I don't want to troubleshoot, I've lost all confidence in the app.

What alternatives do you guys use?

I've heard a lot of good things about Helium, specifically that you don't need root for it. I haven't personally used it yet because my last phone wasn't compatible (it's a Motorola issue preventing it), and haven't needed to on my current phone.

I've gone back and forth between Titanium and Helium. Titanium is by far the most reliable backup solution on Android, so i would definitely look into troubleshooting that (and checking that your app data is actually backed up before wiping). Helium isn't bad, but I've had way too many issues with data not restoring to consider it reliable.
