Connecting Trio Stealth 10.1' to Computer

Im sorry if this has been answered before, but I am having the "internal sd memory card not found" issue that it seems like a lot of people are having. I have a Stealth Trio 10.1" tablet with Android 4.1.1. It didn't come with any drivers, I connect it up to the computer and it pops up as MTP and Android but it says that it cannot install hardware for the device. The website for Trio also doesnt show any drivers, so is there something I am missing when it comes to getting it synched up on my computer or no? Right now the internal sd not mounted doesn't take up too much of what I use, but it messes with a couple apps i've been using lately so its annoying.

PS. I should also say that im on a Windows XP computer.
