How can I get my HTC Droid DNA to respond in English when using the USSD Code?

USSD Code language Problem

Hello,

I own an HTC Droid DNA and upgraded it to Kitkat last week. Everytime I run the USSD code for lets say balance inquiry or to subscribe to some bundle service, I get a reply in some weird Chinese looking language.

How can I fix this?

You seem to have a Chinese ROM on the phone. You need an English ROM. If you bought it in an English-speaking country I'd have a talk with the company you bought it from.
