How do I permanently turn off the power save mode on Galaxy S4?

Since first activating this option every time I reach 30% it activates. changing all my settings. Unfortunately it doesn't put the setting back to normal after you charge the phone. This is causing me to miss calls and messages. I've tried all the settings to stop it but for some reason it still actives at 30%.

Please help as this is driving me mad.
