Samsung Galaxy S4 Mini get into the Safe mode, how can I turn off Safe mode ??? Please help !!!

I just restart my phone and in it was different. I restart my phone again and in left down corner write Safe mode. I find this site and search for answers, try everyone of them but nothing. When I unlock my phone, for on second it's normal, then Safe mode. I know i didn't explain this very well but please HELP !!!

Welcome to Android Central! Usually, to get out of Safe Mode, you should power the phone down completely, remove the battery for about 10 seconds, put it back in, and power on again.

If Safe Mode keeps coming up, then it might mean a corrupt SD card. Go to Settings>Storage, unmount the card, then remove it, and reboot again. Does Safe Mode still show up?
