Best Tmobile Phone

Only my second post so please forgive me.
Work just offered an allowance for ditching our BB Curve and using our own phones.
The only drawback at the moment is android 2.2 and our IBM Lotus Notes Domino (entrprise server) email not being able to sync. (It would if I wanted to go with the iPhone, ..I don't!)
The tech's at LN/Domino say 4 weeks for the patch for the sync so I have time to find a phone.
Ok so here's the question...
I'd love the Evo 4g however I'll be on Tmobile...
So is the MyTouch4g better than the Samsun Vibrant?
The spec's are about the same so I'm having difficulties picking..Help !
Main useage is
1 phone.
2 work email
3 internet
4 personal email
5 IM

Here's my two cents Chris...I would go with the mt4g... it's blazing fast...and personally I think the dev. Community will be stronger than the vibrant... the Nexus 2 is very tempting but I don't think you're going to make the four week deadline though. Good luck and may the android be with you...lol
