Calendar not syncing

Hi guys, I upgraded to a droid 2 last night and I've gone through all the steps that I've searched up, I've pulled the battery, tried a dummy account, even went online and put an event in. My calendar syncing will still not show up and a calendar is a big reason why I have my phone.

Can I have any help with this?

Go to settings>applications>manage applications>calendar and hit clear data. This should work if you have your account set up correctly and have it set to sync.
