Google Maps/Nav Problems?

Has anyone experienced problems with Google Maps on Android (Galaxy Note 3) after the most recent update (Nov. 2014)? Since the update a week ago, Navigation is screwy, I can't rely on it. Any help out there?

Is there anything in particular that is wrong with navigation? Provide an example so we can try problem solving. A catch all fix is to go into system settings - applications - sort by all - maps. Clear cache from the app settings and try it again.
