Don't Understand 5.0.1 Battery Usage Graph

Hello everyone! I am currently running Android 5.0.1 on a rooted Nexus 4 (stock ROM). This morning, I noticed that the battery usage graph seems to be a bit off. Here is a screenshot:

My phone was definitely turned on all night. I put it down on a table right next to me before going to bed, and woke up to its alarm this morning. However, the graph shows that the phone was turned off all night (except for the Wi-Fi bar, which seems to be another bug with lollipop).
So now I can't see what has been using my battery all night, as a lot of the battery did drain overnight. Any idea why my phone didn't record battery usage overnight?

Did you manage to resolve the issue ?

I have the same issue with my wife's device, On my n5 which also running 5.0.1 everything is ok ...

Not really sure... I haven't seen this happen again, so I'd like to think that it was a one-time bug.

Probably was a bug. Have you tried a reboot just in case?
