Why does my settings data usage cause settings to stop?

I have a rooted Asus Memo pad HD7. When I click on Settings->Data Usage I get the popup message Unfortunately Settings Has Stopped. Has anyone experienced this behavior?

Go into system settings - applications - Sort by all - Settings. Clear cache then let us know how it goes.

Thank you but no luck. I get the same behavior. I cleared the cache, then restated settings, choose data usage but I got the same message.
