Default Merging Google Contacts and Exchange Contacts

Can someone help me with this? I have gone through my Gmail account and merged all those contacts so that there are no duplicates, but I still have several duplicate contacts on my Hero because I have my Google account and Exchange account set up and over the years, and several phones, things have gotten duplicated.

Is there anyway to get all my Exchange contacts transferred over to my Google account so I can merge them together and just keep them that way? I would prefer to have them all in my Google contacts so that I can then just wipe out my Exchange contacts.

    Thank you in advance!

If you use Outlook, you can just export all your contacts to a csv file and then import them into your Google account: Importing contacts by CSV - Gmail Help. Once you've done that you can wipe them off the Exchange server or just turn off the option to sync that accounts contacts in the settings menu.

Lifesaver (ok, maybe not life, but saved a lot of grief!). Thank you!
