My Samsung Galaxy S3 (AT&T) is stuck in a bootloop.

Hello,
My galaxy s3 became stuck in a bootloop of carbon mod's booting screen. This occurred after I accidentally wiped all my data in cwm without making a backup, then rebooting my phone. I can enter recovery mode, I have wiped my dalvik cache, formatted my cache, formatted the system, wiped data, wiped cache, formatted data, but every time I hit reboot system now, before it reboots, it says Root access is missing. Root Device? And whether I press yes or no, it just loads in carbon mod's bootloop. I have tried to flash a TouchWiz rom through odin, it said failed. I tried a stock rom through odin, also failed. When I link up my phone to my computer, it doesn't register on the computer, so I can't copy files to it. I can't turn on my phone to download files. NOTHING is working. I desperately need help.

Edit: Forgive me if I sound retarded in this, I typed this at about 2 AM after 6 hours of trying to fix it. One more thing I forgot, I installed cyanogenmod 10.2.1 using their phone+PC installer, then, I booted into recovery, wiped everything without making a backup, then booted.

I was just following steps I found on google. None of them have worked. As I type this, my phone is currently in a bootloop that it has been in for about 30 minutes. I'm trying to see if I wait long enough, if it will turn on.

I've tried that, I can't flash any ROMs with odin, it just says fail. I managed to fix the issue though, I put an external sd card into my tablet, downloaded a stock rom, then flashed it through cwm. Although I have another issue now. I can't turn on the wifif on my phone. It is a 4.4.2 rooted TouchWiz Rom. Any suggestions?

what errors do you get when trying to turn it on? you can checkout this guide on how to fix an Android phone whose WI-FI or Bluetooth wont turn on as it explains common causes
